Administratorul se oblig\u0103 s\u0103 nu dezv\u0103luie informa\u021bii despre Utilizator c\u0103tre ter\u021bi f\u0103r\u0103 consim\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul Utilizatorului, cu excep\u021bia dezv\u0103luirii de informa\u021bii la solicitarea instan\u021bei \u0219i\/sau a organelor de drept \u00een conformitate cu legisla\u021bia \u00een vigoare aplicabil\u0103 respectivei \u021b\u0103ri.<\/p><p>5. Comunicarea cu Utilizatorul, inclusiv trimiterea de notific\u0103ri, solicit\u0103ri \u0219i informa\u021bii privind utilizarea Platformei, precum \u0219i procesarea cererilor \u0219i aplica\u021biilor de la Utilizator<\/p><p>5.4. \u00cembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea calit\u0103\u021bii Platformei, u\u0219urin\u021ba \u00een utilizare<\/p><p>5.5.
